In this article I will show you how to activate WhatsApp fingerprint lock in your smartphone.
You doesn't need extra finger registration for WhatsApp finger lock, it will work on the bases of your lock screen.
How to activate WhatsApp fingerprint lock step by step guide:
- Open your WhatsApp app in your smartphone
- tap on 3 dots on upper right side corner of your phone screen
- tap on settings
- then tap on account option
- in the account menu tap on privacy
- scroll down to bottom and tap on fingerprint lock
- no tap on unlock with fingerprint
- when the small window appear it will say confirm fingerprint
- place your finger on the fingerprint scanner until they recognize your finger
- in the next window choose your time I suggest select immediately
- now tap on back navigation button,
Now fingerprint lock for your WhatsApp is activated successfully.
Note:
Activate WhatsApp fingerprint lock will work only if your phone has fingerprint scanner.
fingerprint lock option will be unavailable in phones which have not fingerprint scanner available.
